These terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to using and ordering services from Promind.mn. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Promind.mn provides web development, website design, redesign, and related technical consulting services. The scope, timeline, and delivery of the service are defined by mutual agreement between the parties.
An order is confirmed based on a request submitted through the contact form and mutual agreement. We regularly keep you informed of progress and results.
We operate on a pay-after-satisfaction principle: unless otherwise agreed in a contract, payment is due only after the core work is complete and you have accepted the result. The payment method and schedule are agreed in advance for each order.
The client is responsible for providing the information, materials, and access needed for the work in a timely manner, and for giving feedback within the agreed timeframe.
Promind.mn is responsible for delivering the agreed work with quality and on time, and for keeping the client's information confidential.
Once payment is made in full, final rights to the delivered product transfer to the client. Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to continue using our own general methodology and reusable code and libraries. We may showcase completed work as examples in our portfolio.
We strive to deliver our services to the highest possible standard; however, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or from disruptions to third-party services (hosting, domains, external APIs, and the like). In any case, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
We reserve the right to update these terms of service as needed. Any changes will be published on this page. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
